LionTrack is a grassroots youth football team management app. We take the privacy of our users — especially children — seriously. This policy explains what data we collect, how it is used, and how it is protected.
To provide team management features, we collect and store:
Your data is used solely to provide the app's features: managing your team, recording match stats, tracking attendance, and sending match-day notifications to team members. We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to the app.
All data is stored securely in Google Firebase (Firestore, Authentication, and Cloud Storage). Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is restricted by security rules that ensure users can only access their own team's data.
We use the following services to operate the app:
We do not share your data with any other third parties, advertising networks, or analytics services.
LionTrack is designed for use by coaches and parents managing youth football teams. Player data (names, stats, attendance) is entered by coaches and is only visible to authorised team members. We do not knowingly allow children under 13 to create accounts directly.
Team data is retained while your account is active. Coaches can delete their team (and all associated data) from the Team Admin screen. You may request full account deletion by contacting us.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at the address below.
